Help Jess Fight Lyme Disease

Our sweet friend Jessica has been suffering with chronic pain and other symptoms of Lyme Disease for years. She was misdiagnosed multiple times and paid for so many medical bills that she now needs our help. Hello Community,

First and foremost, I want to say, I know I am ever-so-blessed and lucky with the health that I do have. I don't take it for granted at any moment of any day.

After a decade of health issues, in 2018, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. Luckily, I have found a fantastic treatment plan/program and now need help affording the cost moving forward. Working and movement have become extremely difficult, and medical expenses are mounting, so here I am…

To put it into perspective, the last year alone, I had endoscopies, colonoscopy, ultrasounds, over 50 blood tests, stool and urine tests, a breath test, FODMAP diet, anti-inflammatory diet, pharmaceutical and herbal anti-inflammatories, tinctures, and teas, 4 different doctors, etc. etc. etc.

Being diagnosed with Lyme Disease was bitter-sweet. After years of tests, I was relieved to finally understand what was going on with my body, many misdiagnoses and struggling. Most treatments are expensive, go on for years, and are completely ineffective. The physicians I have worked with are all out of pocket, as most Lyme and mold-literate doctors do not take insurance. This journey has been and will be very expensive. Just the way I need to eat, to have any energy, is costly. My medical bills are expensive. This program is, for me right now, expensive. There are over $10,000 worth of treatment protocols and medical devices I’ve been referred to that I haven't been able to save up for quite yet.

I've included a rough estimate of broken-down expenses that are of immediate need. My next step is Bee Venom Therapy Program; the program itself is $1947. Every three months, I need lab work which costs around $800 per round. Doctor consultations cost $277 per visit will be required after every lab is completed. Visits are also needed depending on my symptoms and treatment status. I have not listed my medication and supplement cost, nor any medical devices needed as they fluctuate.

So, I am here asking for any bit of financial help you can give. It pains me to ask, and it has taken a long time for me to be in this place, but I do need help. Thank you for anything you feel comfortable sending my way! I truly, genuinely appreciate it.
