Hello, my name is Jesse Banks II, I was born and raised in Pasadena, CA. On behalf of my parents, Jesse & Sherry Banks, who tragically lost their home located on Mariposa St. in the devastating Eaton fires, I’m reaching out to our community for support. This home has been their sanctuary for the past 40 years, raising two boys, Justin & Jesse. Their family grew, and my two daughters experienced countless holidays, Christmases, Thanksgivings, and so many other cherished moments in their grandparent’s home. It is a place filled with memories, love, and history, but in the early hours of Wednesday morning, January 8th, 2025, the fire tore through their property, leaving them with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Everything they’ve worked for—the home they built, the memories they created, and all their belongings—have been reduced to ashes. This loss has left them heartbroken and overwhelmed whilst facing this immense challenge. While the emotional toll is immeasurable, we are humbly asking for your help in assisting their transition during this difficult time.
