Help Jesse with his diagnosis and medical bills

My name is Bret, and I met Jesse almost 20 years ago at the encounter skatepark when I was this scrawny mongo-pushing 14 year old. If you knew him when he was younger, this was during the punk era of Jesse. Mohawks, tight pants, and these goofy pair of purple Nikes. He was incredibly scary, incredibly good at 360 flips, and incredibly kind once you met him.

In the past year, Jesse has developed a very painful condition that affects most of his body. Chronic inflammation of his joints, rashes and cysts over parts of his body, and multiple major infections since the onset of these symptoms. Wearing shirts and pants even cause a large amount of pain. He hasn't able to see a specialist as it is very difficult to be accepted by one without insurance.

Chronic pain is such a hopeless feeling when you do not know the root cause of the symptoms. The process to find the correct diagnosis takes a lot of time and patience.

Jesse is currently trying to get on medical assistance, but that process has been difficult and ongoing. He hasn't been able to work since February, and has racked up debt on his credit cards to take care of rent, medical bills, and his family and children. Jesse and his fiancé Becky take care of 4 children, with 3 of them having special needs. Becky works full-time and it still doesn't offset the costs after Jesse had to leave work. They have roughly 1 more month of rent payments left before every card is maxed out.
