Help Jessenia, Our Micro Preemie Miracle

Donation protected
Hi my name is Jessica Fernandez, we are a family of 6 now (4 kids, and my husband and I). We are humbly knocking to everyone's wonderful heart to please pray and share our situation and especially for my micro preemie daughter who was born at only 29 weeks gestation, and my life story of what we've been through. On January 7, 2025 at my routine Maternal Fetal Medicine appointment to check on my placenta previa, we found out that the baby was now having fetal growth restriction, where the placenta was not giving her the nutrients and oxygen like it should. They told us we would need to go weekly to check on her. On January 14, 2025 we found out that she was getting sicker and feeling the effects of the placenta not working so they decided they needed to deliver her. Jessenia Fernandez was born on January 14, 2025 at 6:31 pm weighing 1lb 9oz and 12.5 inches at Mercy Medical Center in Redding, CA. I am so grateful to have had her at such an amazing hospital because that's where they took great care of me during my stroke and blood clot in my brain 12 years ago. Them taking great care of me back then, and the fact that I sincerely love taking care of people and my loved ones; just like how I used to take care of my mom before she passed away in December of 2015, is what made me decide that i wanted to become an RN to help others and to inspire others that good hearted people exist in this world. I'm a CNA as of right now but I've been taking classes to become an RN and I'm almost finished. I had to take a break from my nursing classes because I had to take care of my 13 year old son in July of 2024 to help him recover from his spinal cord surgery on his back, that he had at UC Davis Children's Hospital in Sacramento; which they did an amazing surgery. He first got admitted to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Red Bluff because of a cyst on his spinal cord caused by scoliosis, and he needed to be transferred to a neurosurgeon at UC Davis Children's Hospital. During that time I didn't even realize I was 4-5 weeks pregnant, however, by the time we came back after his amazing recovery, I was hospitalized with a pulmonary embolism (blood clots in my lungs) because of my Factor 5 Liden blood clotting disorder; which was around around mid August 2024. With all of that me and my family went through and are still going through I'm so grateful for my family and friends and especially God Almighty Lord Jesus Christ is always on our side no matter what we're going through. I just wanna say thank you God from the bottom of my heart for always taking care of me and my family so fully recommend to always have strong faith with our Lord Jesus Christ because his always gonna be there by our side and thank you to all the nurses & doctors whose always trying to do their best of their abilities to help and serve families whose in need like my family, so please pray for my families and especially my miracle premie baby to stay strong and have a good health on this journey so we can take her home soon and live our beautiful life on this wonderful earth we live in.
We are needing help with housing, gas, bills, food, and baby necessities since I didn't get to have my baby shower for her. Thank you in advance to all family and friends and good hearted people, THANK YOU .
