Help Jessica fight Colon Cancer

Hello Cavanagh Family and Friends,

Many of you know our sweet friend Jessica a funny, down for anything, and quick to help any one when she can person has been diagnosed with stage 3 Colon cancer. She is quick to support and love on her people. However, its now time that Jessica receives everyone’s love, positivity, and support.

Jessica was diagnosed with cancer a few months back as you all know and had been awaiting her day for surgery. They plan was to just remove the cancer in hopes to a quick recovery and no chemo. That unfortunately didn't go as planned. Once the surgeon was in it turned into a much bigger surgery then expected. They had to remove part of her colon and rectum along with her uterus, ovaries, and part of her bladder. They also removed 20 lymph nodes. She was informed she would have to have chemo after all.

She is now home starting her journey to recovery. As you all know she is a hard worker and has worked with walmart for over 20 yrs. She lives alone with her sweet fur baby. She was not expecting to have to be out of work long but with unexpected changes she now will be unable to return for some time. Jessica has a heart of gold. She supports animal rescues, cancer awareness fundraisers and more. Now it's time we support her. This Gofund me is to help her will medical bills, everyday bills, and trips back and forth to chemo and Dr visits. Her medical insurance is cover some but not all of her surgeries or treatments. We all know how the insurance world works. As you all know this is a huge burden and the worry of keeping a roof over her head too. This will help her not to have to stress over anything more then she needs too. It will allow her to focus on her recovery and getting back on her feet.
