Help Jessica Fight Injustice And For Her Children’s Future
Donation protected
Hello Friend, my name is Amy and I am trying to raise funds for my daughter, Jessica, and her beautiful family.
Jessica is having great difficulty being able to work enough to provide for her family. The reason she is struggling so much is because the father of her youngest (2 years old) has decided to initially abandon his son for 6 months, then insist on 50/50 custody. He was granted equal parenting time when they finally were able to have the courts intervene with the stipulation that he provide daycare and follow the parenting time schedule, which allows her to work, get sufficient sleep between shifts, and spend time with her children. Jessica was ordered to pay 30% of the costs of daycare, which she is paying.
Now the father has decided to fail to follow the court order to provide child care and is also failing to utilize his parenting time, leaving her to have to provide all childcare 24/7 when he decides not to follow the court order. He is pocketing the 30% she is paying for daycare and telling the daycare not to provide daycare while he goes on vacations without his son.
He is intentionally trying to sabotage her ability to work and provide for her family. This is the legal definition of financial abuse.
She is being forced to not work and provide care for her family 24/7.
This is putting her in financial distress.
She would like to take this man to court and have the judge provide appropriate consequences to the father and request the court to make the father follow through with providing ample support for his child.
Sadly, she cannot afford the retainer for a good lawyer and is only getting herself into more and more debt without relief.
She has tried to get free legal assistance, but no one is able to take on her case. I paid for the initial lawyer but cannot do so and support the family financially with things such as rent, groceries and car repairs as well as other needs such as school supplies and clothes.
Please help Jessica to be able to hold the father accountable for the financial abuse he is putting this family through.
