Help Jessica & her Family

Hi, my name is Jennifer.

I NEVER thought I'd be writing this horrifying news about my Best Friend. But here I am doing so. Jessica has been my friend of 37 yrs and is in the hospital fighting for her life.

Jessica was admitted to the hospital over a week ago in excruciating pain and having breathing problems. She was transferred from that hospital to the hospital she is currently in, Reno Nevada because she needed a hospital that was more equipped to help with her findings. For this past week Jessica has had every test done known to man, she has an MRI full body scan due to be done Tuesday September 12th. We are hoping to have more answers to all of the scary questions we're asking. It started when she went into the hospital a week ago after having an abscessed tooth pulled, that turned sepsis throughout her body. Just overnight in that hospital her lungs filled with fluid. They said that she had double pneumonia. So they needed to send her to a different hospital who could treat her needs. So Jessica was sent to a hospital in Reno Nevada. There has been so many heart wrenching things that have happened this past week, things that are so horrible and so hard to talk about, but I will say this, my friend is fighting, she is still fighting, she is a fighter, she has always been a fighter and by the grace of God she will keep fighting, I know her.

Here is everything that we know up to date. Jess is fighting for her life, they found a hole in her heart, she had sepsis, she has double pneumonia, she caught MRSA from the first hospital she was in, she has a mass in one lung and a mass at the end of her spine. This is why they are giving her the full body MRI September 12th.

Everyone, our friend Jess is still fighting. She is fighting everyday to come home to her grandbabies, to her daughter, to her mother, to us. She may not be able to talk right now but know that I have received texts from her and she loves seeing everybody sending her prayers everybody sending her love and light everybody noticing and praying so hard for her on social media. It overwhelms her so much. She thanks everyone from the bottom of her heart and loves you all. She really didn't know that she had so many people that loved her so much.

Now the reason for starting this GoFundMe page is because as you know money is very hard on a family at times like these. It is costing Jessica's mother $150 a day for lodging and food, just for her to be able to stay in Reno and be by Jessica's side. Her daughter Megan is here from Texas with her babies, Jessica's two beautiful grandchildren who are Jessica's life and reason for living. That airplane ticket cost Cindy $3,000 alone for Megan and the babies to be able to be here by Jessica's side. We are not asking for much, we are just asking anything that you can send to help Jessica's mom, her daughter and her grandchildren to be able to stay in Reno with her. For them to be able to have money to eat over there. Also for her mom to be able to have money to pay Jessica's bills from her being in the hospital.

This is where I come in. I'm here asking everyone to please donate anything that you can, everything helps. Her mom and her daughter don't have time to do things like this they're so worried about Jess all they can do is cry anytime someone brings her name up. They had to go home for 3 days, to Bernie California and are coming back the day after tomorrow to be with Jessica. At that time they may just be in Cindy's car. Honestly they have no idea. There is no money to help. I will keep everybody up-to-date as we know. Sometimes it does take the doctor's a little bit to get back to us, but I will update every time one does.

They will be getting a telephone for Jessica's room when she is able to talk pretty good, when that happens I will update and put the phone number and her room number on here.

As you know life is very fragile and every mother wants to be by their baby and every daughter wants to be by their mom. We need to come together and help make that possible for Cindy and Megan.
