We are organizing this GoFundMe for our sweet and beloved, Jessica Hernandez who's been a strong warrior, fighting her condition. Please read below, for a detailed message from Jessica, to get to know her and her current situation a bit more:

Hello, my name is Jessica. I’m 32 years old and have an amazing husband and 2 wonderful children. I was admitted to the hospital on July 1st. I’m a survivor dealing with congestive heart failure since October 2015. Since then, I have undergone multiple surgeries:

A Defibrillator implantation to help my heart from Afib
Multiple paracentesis to remove excess fluids
2-C sections, both premature births, 32 weeks & 31 weeks
Various Echocardiograms
Picc Line implant
Various Heart Catheterizations
Esophagogastroduodenoscopy
Bronchoscopy
Impella Insertion
RVAD insertion

My kidneys are no longer functioning properly and are not able to give enough oxygenated blood to my body. I’m no longer living on my own, my heart is being functioned on mechanical support. I have completed a heart evaluation process to be put on the HEART TRANSPLANT list. I'm thankful to my Lord, Jesus Christ, that I’ve had the blessing to be put on this list.

Prayers, Faith & God himself have kept my hopes up. Especially the support and love from:

My in-laws, friends, parents, and my entire family

Unfortunately, life outside these walls keeps on moving and my husband won’t be able to work. Rent, utilities, groceries, bills, etc. still need to get paid. School supplies & essentials are needed for my kids because school is just around the corner.
