Help Jessica Poole's Family Rebuild After Flood

On Thursday September 4, 2024, My close friend Jessica Poole and her family were displaced by a flash flood resulting in a total loss clothing , furniture, and the electric wheel chair her husband needs and many other things. The entire home flooded from the inside due to heavy continuous rain and a faulty foundation in the rental home the family lived in. A portion of the wall in a laundry closet burst after rain water collected behind it.

Minutes after that water began to enter the home from all four sides of the house , furniture started floating and falling over the fridge included.

Jessica and her Oldest son put her three younger children out of the living room window as opening the front door would have allowed more water in and further submerge her husband before fire and rescue came to evacuate her husband.

This family has already been recovering from her husband’s near fatal accident in September of 2021 that left her husband Larry Poole unable to walk.
