Help Jessie with Surgery

Hey there! My name is Jessie and I am fundraising to get the Gastric Sleeve surgery. This opportunity would be life changing for me and has the power to help me lose over 100 pounds. I have struggled with my weight on and off for most of my life and was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism as well which made my weight problem worse.
