Help Jewel Repair Her Car

Hi, my name is April and I am fundraising for a colleague of mine who was the victim of an act of vandalism while picking up lunch in the middle of her workday last week.

On Tuesday July 20 around 1 pm, Jewel was shopping at a local grocery store which employees at our animal hospital frequent. She had driven her new car there. Upon getting back to the parking lot with her lunch, Jewel found her car vandalized on both the driver and passenger’s sides.

Unfortunately, the damage will not be covered by Jewel’s insurance company unless she can identify the individual responsible.

Jewel is continuously working with local businesses and authorities. So far her efforts have come up fruitless.

Jewel is a beautiful, animal-loving human being who is kind and compassionate and would never deserve this.

I hope that we can raise enough funds for Jewel to have her car fully repaired so that she can reclaim the dignity that was lost when this happened. We can show Jewel that the power and love of community is stronger than the individual who did this to her.
