Help Jill Cordes Triumph Over Stage 4 Cancer

My name is Carl Cordes & I am reaching out on behalf of my mom, Jill Cordes, who is facing an urgent & ongoing battle with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Despite the daunting prognosis, my mom has made tremendous progress over the past year. She was accepted into a treatment program that required my mom and dad, Jim Cordes, to travel cross-country to complete a round of treatment this past winter & spring.

Despite all the progress made during the first trip, based on the results of the most recent PET scan, it is urgently necessary for my parents to return to Arizona for a second round of treatment this summer. I am seeking your support for her ongoing care & future treatments as she continues to chase remission.

When This Battle Began

In July of 2023, Jill noticed a small lump in a lymph node & immediately scheduled a doctor’s appointment. Tests were ordered that revealed a small amount of circulating tumor cells. Additional indications from this testing suggested that this was a fairly new, but very fast-growing cancer. Further diagnostic testing was done, which we later learned caused the cancer tumors to grow at an accelerated rate.

After visiting multiple local cancer clinics, a PET scan was finally ordered and completed on October 24th, 3 months later. The results of the scan revealed stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, which means it had spread into her lymph nodes and bones. Jill was told that her condition was terminal and that she had just a few months to live. The only treatment offered for this advanced prognosis was an oral chemotherapy drug. Later testing suggested that this prescription would have been completely ineffective on Jill's type of cancer.

A New Path Forward

Jill's sister-in-law Jennifer heard about Envita Medical Center, a specialized late-stage cancer clinic with a high level of success in treating this diagnosis. The clinic utilizes a comprehensive personalized medical care team to curate a patient’s treatment plan which includes a combination of conventional & natural medicine. On December 12th, Jill & Jim traveled to Arizona & on December 15th, Jill began a 15-week treatment program.

At the end of her time at Envita, many of the cancer tumors had completely disappeared. Most of the remaining tumors were shrinking, with the exception of two.

Since returning from Arizona in April, Jill has received daily comprehensive treatment, weekly IV vitamin C, and monthly Novella T-Cellula treatments to boost her T-cell production. Unfortunately, Jill's follow up PET CT scan in June showed that there is still some active cancer. Jim & Jill are headed back to Envita for another round of treatment the week of July 22nd, 2024.

A Message from Jill

Over the past year, we have missed Christmas, New Year's, and Easter with our family. It is with faith and help from family and friends that we were able to be away for so long and afford the price of treatment, prescriptions, transportation, and lodging.

My cancer markers have dropped drastically and many of the tumors have become inactive. Unfortunately, I am not 100% clear and am looking at another trip back to Arizona for further treatments. I am a rather private person and it pains me to ask for help publicly, but the time has come to admit that we need help. Timing is very important right now and we don’t have time to “save up” for another round.
