Help Jill with MEDICAL STUFF

HI! for the SECOND time in my life, my Pain Management doctor has lost their license. I take medication that cannot be stopped without serious consequences, and I cannot sit for more than an hour or two without AGONY without medication. My job is sitting, and I have NO back up. And it is hard to get in for pain management anywhere.

I have to do Self pay because my insurance DROPPED me after sending me a reduced bill, which I paid every month, (assuming it was due to making less last year) and i received no contact or notification that I was being dropped. Anyway, it is EXPENSIVE to self pay and I HAVE to this time. there will be a visit to a pain related urgent care, and a regular very expensive first visit too. I am asking for 1500, because I want to have a cushion in case I need to pay for other testing. I will have new insurance in January, but I cannot wait until then.
