Help Jim fight Kidney Failure

Hi, my name is Chen Mendoza. I created this account on behalf of my significant other, Jim Ciriaco, who needs your help and prayers. Jim has been experiencing the severe effects of his kidney failure, causing him to undergo dialysis and be a candidate for a kidney transplant. His creatinine level went higher than it should generally be. A healthy person usually has 100, while he had his at 1700 - which already puts him in a critical state; during his last check-up, we found out that he is now at 3200 because of a disease called Leptospirosis that caused an abnormal increase in his creatinine level on top of his kidney failure.

That said, dialysis and kidney transplant are required by his doctors, which are both costly procedures. His dialysis sessions need to be done 2-3 times a week as soon as possible to restore his health while we wait for a kidney donor. It costs us about $400 to undergo three dialysis sessions per week, while the rest of the collected donations will be designated for his transplant when the procedure becomes available.
