Help JJ & Family Rebuild After Fire & Injuries

Help this amazing God-centered family repair their home after a house fire! 

Recently an uncontrolled fire significantly damaged Amy Pacas and her family’s home. Her 10-year-old son Jared suffered significant injuries resulting from the fire. 25% of his body has second degree burns and he is currently in the Burn ICU. 

Jared was in the bathroom at the time the fire started. He slipped on rubbing alcohol where his clothes caught fire and caused severe burns to his arm and lower body. When he ran to the living room his mom and 3 younger siblings tried to put out the fire on JJ. Jared is currently stable but pending surgery to repair areas with very severe burns. 

Additionally, the fire severely damaged the home. The fire burned uncontrollably until the fire department was able to arrive and get everything under control. As a result, windows burst, a hole burned through the bottom of the house, pipes are damaged beyond repair and the floors of the home are sinking from the water needed to put out the fire. 

Amy is a single mother who devotes her life to her church. Unfortunately, she doesn’t have home insurance on the property and really needs your help to pay for the home repairs. The money collected from this GoFundMe will assist in those home repairs and any unexpected medical bills resulting from JJ’s hospital stay.

Recientemente un incendio descontrolado dañó significativamente la casa de Amy Pacas y su familia. Su hijo Jared, de 10 años, sufrió lesiones importantes como consecuencia del incendio. El 25% de su cuerpo tiene quemaduras de segundo grado y actualmente se encuentra en la UCI de quemados.

Jared estaba en el baño cuando se inició el incendio. Se resbaló con alcohol para fricciones y su ropa se incendió y le causó quemaduras graves en el brazo y la parte inferior del cuerpo. Cuando corrió al salón, su madre y sus tres hermanos pequeños intentaron apagar el fuego con JJ.
