Help Jo & Reba - Reba broke her neck in a freak accident

Hi I’m Zoe and I’m Jo’s friend and trying to raise money to help Jo Sellers with her beautiful dog Reba. Reba is 9 years old and Jo’s best friend.

Reba has broken her neck in a freak accident where she accidentally ran into a tree in the garden. Something that can happen to any dog. Jo heard a whimper and went out to find her best friend barely breathing and paralysed.

Thanks to the incredible emergency vets and referral centres Reba has been given the best of care any dog could hope for and they have saved her life.

Reba is insured but the surgery costs have come in almost double the insurance cover leaving Jo with a £9.5k bill to cover. Jo is a dog trainer and behaviourist and doesn’t have second incomes to her home. It’s her worst nightmare unveiling in front of her.

Jo won’t ask for help, so after having convinced her to let us help her here’s a go fund me to support our friend Jo and lovely Reba.

Even if you don’t know Jo, I’m sure as a dog owner you would hope the dog community could support you if the worse happens like this. So if you love dogs, and don’t even know Jo please help this lovely lady and her dog be reunited again.

Reba is stable and has a long recovery ahead but the vets are hopeful of a full recovery with the right Veterinary care.
