Help Joanna Get a Life-Changing Service Dog

Hello, my name is Joanna Antoniuk

I am starting this gofundme to help pay for a service dog. I am currently 17 years old and I am diagnosed and suffer from extreme Endometriosis, Secondary Dysmenorrhea, Peripheral Sensitization, and Myalgia. I am inconstant pain and I have been on a treatment plan for 4 years now to try and deal with my pain and conditions.

Unforunately, trying to find medications that help and will work is a long procces and it has not been succesful so far. All the medication have side effects and my physical and mental health has hit an all time low. Also, due to the pain being so severe, my legs go numb at times and it is hard for my to walk and do things indipendently.

I wish to go college and become a Project Manager in Construction. With my condition however, I will not be able to do succeed at doing my dream job without some help.

With a service dog I will be able to have someone by my side to help me when I am really struggling. A service dog is expensive so any help to reach the goal is much appriciated! All money from this fundraiser would go towards training needed to have a service dog that fits my needs for my conditions.
