- Hi my name is Kathy Bond and I am Fundraising for Jodi & John Rouse. I Humbly request your Help in Supporting our friends Jodi & John during this tragic time. Any amount will help lesson the financial and emotional stress that comes with losing your 2nd Son. 13 years ago Jodi lost her son #Shane at 19 years old unexpectedly, and Jodi doesn’t let a day go by without saying his name. And now, September 6th, 2023, Jodi lost her 2nd Son, #Cody Lyberg, at 34yrs old. Cody has a young daughter Mackenzie that is trying to understand that her Daddy is gone. Many of Jodi’s friends, and John her husband watched Jodi suffer quietly for the past 13yrs, grieving for the loss of Shane, trying to stay cheerful. Her Heart breaks knowing as time passes, people move on and barely speak his name, fearful it will make her sad…. NOW This, her youngest son Cody, only 34yrs old unexpectedly. This is every Mothers/Parent Nightmare! The only thing keeping Jodi together is the Love & Concern for her Beautiful special needs daughter Kacey, and Jodi try’s to stay strong for her because she loves her brothers. And John Rouse, Jodi’s husband and the stepfather that helped raise them as his own. Now John has to stay strong as he watches his wife grieve for another son, as he grieves himself. A lot of people wanted to help, so I created this page to give us all the opportunity to do so. On behalf of my friend Jodi, I’m asking never be nervous to SAY THEIR NAMES….
