Help Joe and Margie with monthly bills
Donation protected
Hi, I’m Lori Painter, seeking to raise funds for my brother Joe and wife Margie to help pay bills while he recovers.
Joe started feeling sick on Christmas Eve. He got progressively worse over the next few days and went to the ER at St Joseph’s in Buckhannon WV. As he continued to get worse and struggling to breathe, the doctors needed to intubate him on 12/31. He was then flown to Ruby Memorial in Morgantown WV, almost an hour away from their home.
Joe was diagnosed with Bilateral Pneumonia and is now testing positive for Flu-A. They cannot understand why his lungs continue to get worse. They have attempted to get him off the vent, but haven’t been able to due to his lungs getting progressively worse. He is not on the paralytic anymore so he has opened his eyes, but is still unable to respond.
He has been very agitated.
Joe doesn’t have short term disability and Margie hasn’t been able to work since she has been staying with him. We are not sure how long he will be in the hospital or off work, so they will need help with household bills for the next month or so.
Thank you for reading this and thanks in advance for any donations. Continue to keep him in your prayers and send good vibes for quick healing.
