Help Joe Cervantes fight his Battle with Cancer.

Hello, I’m Yvonne and I created this GoFundMe page on behalf of my Uncle, Jose Cervantes. He is a humble, kind, and sweet gentleman who would give the shirt off of his back for anyone but would never ask for help for himself. He has dedicated his life to public service spending 26 years working with the Val Verde Sheriff's Department followed by 16 years at the Geo Correctional Facility. Instead of enjoying his retirement, he will be fighting Esophageal Cancer which he was diagnosed with on May 15, 2021.

Due to the medical expenses that he is incurring and will continue to incur with treatments for 6 weeks in San Antonio that include chemotherapy, radiation, and surgical intervention, I am humbly asking for assistance to help with these medical expenses.
