Help Joseph Ripple and Wife Avoid Homelessness

My name is Joe Ripple, I am a 77-year-old disabled veteran raising funds so my disabled wife and I will not be homeless. We received a non-renewable lease in March telling us we have to be out of our home by May 24th because the corporation that owns the property is going to sell it. We cannot find a place due to all places we find we are asking 1st, last, and security which is almost twice what we were paying, my wife is due for major surgery on the 15th of April this month. We need help immediately, we don't have any family to help us.
