Help Joel Get A New Heart

Hi my name is Nasia Needham I am in desperate search for assistance in obtaining enough money for my son Joel Dawkins (9 years of age) woke up another morning in the children’s ward at the Falmouth Hospital in Jamaica his heart still capable of skipping a beat. My son, who needs a heart transplant, knows time is against him.

Joel, who suffered a heart failure in October, has been spending most of his days between the Bustamante Hospital for Children in St Andrew and Falmouth, Trelawny.

I was forced to move him back to Falmouth because I am drowning in expenses travelling from Montego Bay to the Bustamante Hospital to visit him.
