Help Joel in his transitioning to his new life

Hello, My name is William Joel Majors. I liked to be called Joel. I am 69 years old, and I used to be very independent until the day I had a stroke. On September 29, 2023, I was found in my home by my family suffering from a stroke caused by a brain hemorrhage and bleeding in the brain (the basil ganglia). Which left me impaired to move fully, and or talk. I am currently in the hospital going through daily treatment, and therapy (occupational, physical, and speech). However, after I am done here I will need long-term care 24 hrs. a day, and no longer independent as I am used to being. From the hospital, I will go to a skilled nursing facility for further rehabilitation and the length of time is currently unknown. This brings me to asking you all for support in any way that you can help me. I am no longer able to work like I was prior to this incident and has drastically changed my life forever. I truly appreciate all your support and care for my future.
