Help Joel with cystic fibrosis medical expenses

Joel's father is suffering from cystic fibrosis and needs support for medical treatment. He has had to travel to Lima, Peru for medical treatment as there are no doctors/medical facilities in Huaraz that can help with cystic fibrosis, a disease which does not have a cure but longterm treatment options are available. Joel works in mountain tourism in the small town of Huaraz in the Peruvian Cordillera Blanca. Those who work with tourism in the community are still suffering from the after-effects of the pandemic, and the economic situation in Peru is not good at the moment. Joel has had to sell all of his mountain guiding equipment (tents, sleeping bags, etc) to help pay for his father's travel to Lima and medical consultation. Joel's father will need to buy an oxygen cylider and to take regular medications with nebulizer every 15 days. He will also need a spinal CT scan. Below I will outline some of the costs:

-Travel to Lima, medical consultation, X-rays: ~$250 (1000 soles)

-Spinal CT scan: ~$200 (700 soles)

-Oxygen cylinder: ~$550 (2000 soles)

-Oxygen/month: ~$35 (120 soles)/month

-Medication (Salbutamol and Bromine)/year: ~$300 (1000 soles)/year

-Nebulizer machine: ~$150 (500 soles)

-Future medical consultations: ~$30 (100 soles)/consultation

Joel is a dear friend of mine. I have previously raised over $3000 for his family and community during the Covid19 pandemic in 2020 to help build a greenhouse to grow produce and to buy winter clothing and shoes for his family and other children of the Huaraz community. 100% of donations I send to Joel directly in Huaraz via Western Union transfer. Joel will greatly appreciate any support! It has been a rough year for his family. His daughter has also been in and out of the hospital for medical treatment of appendicitis.
