Help Joe’s Family with Funeral & School Expenses

Hi my name is Carlo Prati and I am Joe’s brother in law. I have set up this go fund me to help Joe’s 2 kids with funeral, schooling and living expenses.

Joe passed unexpectedly on 9/29/2021 at his home. Joe was a Pittsburgh City Police officer for 7 years and then a Police officer for 4 years for Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was medically retired following a massive heart attack at the age of 32. He moved back to Pittsburgh where he ran his own small contracting business and was the sole provider for his children.

Joe is the oldest son of Mark and Carol Vincent. He is survived by his children and two brothers and two sisters and a bunch of nieces and nephews.

Joe was a devoted single father to Haley who is a sophomore at WVU and Zak who is a senior at Bethel Park High School. His children were his pride and joy and he was so excited to see Haley flourish in college and Zak starting for the BP football team.

Joe attended church every Sunday at North Way Christian Community in Dormont. He had a strong personal relationship with God. This helped him through his long battle with his heart disease. We are blessed to know he has made his way home with his Heavenly Father.

We are asking for any type of monetary donation to help bury Joe, keep Haley in school and launch Zak into his collegiate career next fall.
