Help Joey Castaldo with Long-Term Medical Care

On July 25th, my 41 year old brother was rushed to the hospital, put in a medically induced coma, on a ventilator and dialysis, in ICU, with severe pancreatitis, severe sepsis, and multi-organ failure, fighting for his life. After 10 days, with a Trach, permanent dialysis catheter, and feeding tube in his stomach, he was transported to a speciality hospital that specializes in critically ill patients, where he is receiving assistance to eat, walk, and get stronger, overall. He will, unfortunately, need full-time care, after leaving the speciality hospital which includes outpatient dialysis, numerous Specialists visits, several medications, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. He is unable to work indefinitely, and is a single Dad of a 9 year old son.
