Help Joey Eubanks with Medical Expenses

Hello everyone,

As you may know, my family has been greatly affected by COVID, and as a result, my brother is in a medically induced coma, and has been placed on a ventilator. His lungs are full of pneumonia, and he faces a long road ahead for recovery. His oldest son has also been in ICU, due to COVID, fighting for his life. However, it looks as though he is starting to pull through. Meanwhile, his youngest son has been very sick with COVID, as well, but so far has managed his symptoms at home, in bed. This has made an extreme impact on our family, in MANY ways. My sister in law was a general manager at Wendy’s for almost 30 years. She served a long and dedicated career, in a tough industry. Part of the reason she stayed as long as she did was for the health benefits. My brother had open heart surgery at the age of 35 because he had a heart defect that required him to have an artificial valve placement, a surgery with a cost of 100k plus dollars, and he’s been under lifelong care of doctors, ever since. During the pandemic, work life became EXTREMELY difficult mentally and physically for my sister in law. Working grueling hours and majorly lacking help bc no one wanted to work. So she made a life changing decision to make a career change and recently started a new job at Keesler Bank. Although she was taking a pay cut, she would have wonderful health benefits that her husband/lifelong partner desperately needs. Unfortunately, my brother was hospitalized with COVID, just before those benefits were set to kick in, in August. My sister in law is facing (in the words of hospital staff) “astronomical medical bills,” on top of her day to day bills/expenses. She’s currently only working 5 hours a day, Mon-Fri, trying her best to work and be there for her sick husband and sick children. She’s the most HARDWORKING, GIVING person I know, and so is my brother. There’s not a person you’d meet who would say a bad thing about either one of them ❤️ They have NEVER been the type of people to ask anyone for anything, for they’ve always been the ones to give. But right now, there is a true need for help! If you can help, even a very small amount, it would truly mean everything to my family! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and please keep the prayers coming our way. And if you’re not able to donate, we know times are so hard for everyone at the moment, but please find it in your heart to share
