Help Joey get his wish

Hi, I am Joseph's Dad When Joey was going through Chop Treatments We

asked Joseph what he wanted. He told us he wanted a basketball Court. So we

refinanced our house to get the court that he wanted. We picked a guy that I have known

for a long time and did previous work for us. He came down measured everything out and

put stone down. Well after 3 years nothing has been done. It's not the greatest site to look out your door and see such an eyesore We paid everything straight out

thinking there was no way anyone would do this to Joey, Especially with everything he has been through. If anyone wants to help out we appreciate it. We just want Joey's Dream to come true.
