Help John after an unexpected accident

I am John's fiance Michelle and I'm doing this fund raiser for him and our family.  John broke his ankle and needs surgery and will be out of work for at least 5 months. He is self employed and now he will not be able to work. He is an electrician and very good at what he does and provides greatly for us but now with this accident he has no way to provide for us. I myself do work but I work a part time job and not good money. So I'm asking if you can donate any type of money to help him and our family with the hefty medical bills we will encounter and our every day bills that we will not be able to afford in the months to come. We would greatly appreciate any financial help anyone would be willing to give.
