✨ Together for John’s Life ✨

A little over a year ago — exactly one year and one month — our beloved John received a diagnosis that completely changed his routine and the lives of everyone around him: multiple myeloma, a type of cancer that affects the blood and bone marrow.

As a consequence of the disease, his kidneys were severely affected, and today he is also facing kidney failure, undergoing hemodialysis treatment three times a week, in addition to one chemotherapy session every week.

Since the diagnosis, John has been unable to work, and this season has been a great physical, emotional, and financial challenge. Yet, in the midst of all these battles, he remains strong, full of faith and hope, believing in healing and in the strength that comes from God and from the people who surround him with love.

Há pouco mais de um ano — exatamente um ano e um mês — nosso querido John recebeu um diagnóstico que mudou completamente sua rotina e a de todos ao seu redor: mieloma múltiplo, um tipo de câncer que afeta o sangue e a medula óssea.

Como consequência da doença, seus rins foram gravemente comprometidos, e hoje ele também enfrenta insuficiência renal, realizando tratamento de hemodiálise três vezes por semana, além de uma sessão de quimioterapia semanal.

Desde o diagnóstico, John está impossibilitado de trabalhar, e essa fase tem sido um grande desafio físico, emocional e financeiro. Mesmo diante de tantas batalhas, ele segue firme, cheio de fé e esperança, acreditando na cura e na força que vem de Deus e das pessoas que o cercam.
