On May 16, 2019, JohnDavid was injured and suffered a traumatic brain injury in Pasco County, FL. He was transported to All Children’s Hospital where their top notch trauma unit has been giving him wonderful medical care.

Due to the trauma he endured, JD ended up having a seizure and then 2 strokes. He underwent brain surgery and had a very large brain bleed removed. Because the results of the injury are unpredictable, doctors aren’t sure what the future will hold for JohnDavid.

After weeks in the hospital, he’s finally on his way home but his recovery will be a long one, not only for JD but also for Dave and Natassia, his parents. They’ve both had to take a lot of time off of work to be at the hospital and will continue with round-the-clock care for baby JD at home.
