Help Jon After Open Heart Surgery

Hi!

If you know me or my family, you know my dad has been dealt some of the worst cards in regards to health. From stage 4 mouth, neck, and throat cancer, to end stage kidney failure resulting in dialysis several days a week for years while still working full time, strokes, several procedures and surgeries, and now an open heart surgery with a valve replacement. He was just discharged from an almost three week stay in the ICU. Due to this current obstacle, he hasn’t been able to work and will be out until further notice. He is now behind on bills and has inadequate funds for the things necessary for his recovery.
