Help Jon & Liz Rise From the Ashes

My brother and sister-in-law, Jon and Liz Payne, lost their beautiful House on the Hill in Boulder Creek and all their possessions in the CZU fire.  Although they lost many belongings with sentimental value including instruments, artwork and family heirlooms, they take solace in knowing that the memories will remain with them forever.

Jon and Liz bought the House on the Hill with the vision of building a community of friends.  As many of you know, their home was more than a house, more than a music studio, more than a ceramics studio… It was a sanctuary and community for musicians and artists to gather together, share their craft, record new music and build lasting friendships. Their house was a vision, a dream, their slice of absolute paradise in a sunny pasture deep in the redwood forest.

Jon and Liz take comfort in knowing that the land will return to its previous beauty one day.  They are truly humbled by all the love and support they have received so far.

 Any contribution would be greatly appreciated to help with clothing, temporary housing, and restoring the property to its former glory.  Let’s help them rebuild the magic they had and will have again.
