Help Jonathan Get Essential Medical Care

My name is Jonathan and I am 43 years old. I have been diagnosed with multiple serious medical conditions, but I am unable to get any of them treated. I have applied for Medicaid and food stamps multiple times and continue to be denied by the state of Texas. I have degenerative disc disease, chronic depression, severe anxiety, and a serious lung condition yet to be diagnosed as I am unable to afford to see a pulmonary physician. I also need to be treated for mental health issues by a counselor and need to see a osteo specialist for my back condition.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. I just want to get the medical treatment that I need so I can get my life back together. Thank you for your support.
