Help Jordan be with Trace in Their Time of Need
Donation protected
Our personal friends and family may already know, but for those who do not, on 10/18 my fiancé Jordan’s older brother Trace was involved in a single-vehicle accident that totaled his truck and has placed him in a coma. This came as a total shock to us, mentally, physically, and financially.
In 2018, these brothers lost their mom; in 2022, they lost their dad; in September 2024, they lost their nana; and now Trace is desperately fighting for his life. Jordan and I just returned from Arkansas last month, which took a good portion of our emergency savings. We have been in Louisiana since Friday, 10/25, and due to hotel fees, gas, food, and other expenses, we are having to max out the credit cards we still have open.
Neither of us usually like to ask for help, and we both thought we could handle these expenses on our own, so this is/was a complete last resort. We are also anticipating many more trips up here (at least for Jordan if not both of us) to ensure that Trace is making positive progress through his long recovery process. Jordan being here has been positive for both him and Trace so far, so we are hoping through our close community of family and friends that we can have some cushion to make all of this happen.
We appreciate anything and everything that can be spared, even if it’s just thoughts, prayers, and positive vibes because we know times are tough for everyone right now.
