Help Josette & Family Recover After Eaton Fire

Dear Friends and Family,
It is with great sadness that I share the news that my loved ones have been profoundly affected by the recent Eaton Canyon Fire in Altadena as they have tragically lost their home. My Aunt, Josette Wolf, a Pasadena native and passionate realtor who has always given so much to her family, friends and community, along with my Uncle Nick, local business owner, & two cousins—Matthew & Jonathan Wolf who have grown up in the area attending Sierra Madre Elementary, Sierra Madre Middle and Pasadena High School. They are both now college students Matt is at Cal Poly Pomona and Jay is at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
The devastation from this disaster has impacted not only my family but also the entire Altadena community. While we are incredibly grateful that everyone, including their beloved goldendoodle Otis, is safe, the loss of their home and their personal belongings is an overwhelming hardship.
My family’s home has always been a place of warmth and generosity, where school events, community gatherings, and family events & holidays were shared with open arms. The love and hospitality they’ve shown to others have always made everyone feel like family—and I hold those cherished memories close to my heart.
As they begin the difficult journey of rebuilding, any support you can offer to help them with daily living expenses and the essentials for a new home would mean the world to us. Your kindness and generosity will provide much-needed relief as they navigate this challenging time.
Thank you for your love, prayers, and support—for my family and for the entire Los Angeles community. Your care and compassion truly make a difference.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Hannah
