Help Josh and His Dad Keep the Lights On

Hi... Most of you know me as Jojo, or wilduprising... I'm coming to you all today as Josh with a request...
I don't usually do these things, but I'm in a situation where things are mounting and causing a ton of pressure on my dad and, in tandem, myself. My dad has been struggling with his power bill and had not told anyone just how badly. He's paid minimums for several months, but now the bill is upwards of $3000, and no one in the house has the money to help pay it before the power goes out. It could cause us not to have power for several weeks until we've collected enough on our own. My own bills are also mounting, and I find it extremely hard to pay my debts while also assisting my dad, especially with something like this emergency. I have a physical disability (Arthrogryposis) and not much ability when it comes to looking for a job as I can't do most labor-focused positions since I can't stand long or lift even things that a man my age should be able to. I have a job sitting at Walmart's customer service desk near my house, but the pay and the need for transportation there have made the job hard to sustain when it comes to paying bills and saving money. Almost all of my money goes to my debts and to my dad. I'm usually left with $80-$100 in my pocket after I get my check every two weeks. It used to work, but it's gotten to the point that things have escalated, and I NEED to get myself a better job, if I could ever get a work-from-home position to consider me. I graduated with an IT degree, but I've had no luck getting a good set job in my field. I'm willing to learn anything new, and I am practically begging for a work-from-home position, but I've had no luck, no hits. I've applied everywhere to jobs I think I can do with what little professional experience I've had. I need that break-out moment. I need a newer position that pays more than Maryland's minimum wage. Until then, Walmart's checks are all I have.
I come to you to ask, if you can at all, help me raise around $8000, so I can pay dad the full amount for the power and then have money to lighten my expenses? It would help tremendously as I try to look for a better position but still have the ability to use my current job to help going forward. Anything helps.
