Help Josh and his family as he battles cancer

Hi my name is Sarah Naugle and I am reaching out for help to support my brother in-law and his family during this difficult time!

Josh is 37 years old, he is a father of 5 with 4 young ones in his current home with his fiance Kristine. Josh is currently fighting stage 3 melanoma cancer that has already spread to his lymph nodes. On April 20th josh underwent surgery to remove a large piece of skin from his back and also to remove some lymph nodes from underneath his arm pit. On April 28th Josh had radiation treatment but now will be starting Chemo. Josh's cancer had recently spread 3 times faster than expected and now has just undergone surgery May 4th. His surgery went well and it took 7.5 hours. They took out all of his lymph nodes on the left side of his body.The surgeon said the lymph nodes they took out of his groin definitely contained cancer. They had fused together in a clump with inflammation in them. They will be doing biopsies with the rest as they were glowing on the mri. I am reaching out to help support Josh and his family with travel for treatment, food and housing for him and his family during this difficult time and we are unsure when Josh will be able to go back to work.
