Help Josh during his bone marrow transplant

Hello, my name is April and Josh is my younger brother. Earlier this year he was declared in remission from AML (Acute myeloid leukemia). Unfortunately, on February 1st, he had to return to treatment at UC Davis and we almost lost him. His cancer has returned and the only option now is a bone marrow transplant. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy again to stabilize him until the transplant can occur. after the transplant, he will have no immune system and will need a full-time caregiver. His children, ages 3 and 11) will not be able to be around him as he recovers because of risk of illness. His wife is hoping to be able to move down to Sacramento temporarily to be near him and will need help. Josh is only 45 years old and has so much life ahead of him. We love him so much and are doing everything we can to get him get through this, but we need more help. If you can give anything, even a little bit means so much to me and my family.
