Help Josh Munoz & family recover

While visiting family in Texas, Josh Munoz was beginning to have serious pain in his legs. While taking a shower, he felt like a blister was popping. When he looked down, he realized he was actually washing the skin from his legs clean off. Josh & the family immediately drove back to Michigan to be admitted to the ER close to home. Josh & his wife Sarah were getting tired while driving straight back. Josh wanted to stop & rest for the night, but Sarah persisted that they get to the ER in Michigan. Come to find out, Josh had caught a rare flesh eating bacteria known as Necrotizing fasciitis. Doctors notified Josh & Sarah that if they had stopped & stayed an extra night before coming to the ER, Josh most likely would have died from the bacteria.
Josh spent the next few weeks fighting for his life in the hospital. He has gone through 5 surgeries so far wherein doctors have had to remove nearly 2/3rds of his left thigh. In addition, he has had skin graphs from pig skin as well as cadavers. As of today (November 2018), he is still in need of plastic & reconstructive surgery to properly address his trimmed thigh.
Side note -- Josh sent me pictures of his injuries. I considered posting them as well, but they are very graphic! I didn't want to upset anyone with a weak stomach--
Josh is a contractor for a living (he has done great work for me in fact). He relies solely on the work he does with his hands to pay the bills. Unfortunately Josh is unable to walk and will be in that state for another 3-4 months.
This presents a problem as Josh has a family to support: His wife Sarah & their kids Steven (16), Damien (13), and Joshua (2).
With no income stream, Josh is struggling to pay the bills & support his family. His bills are about $1200/month.
Anything you can do to help this man out while he is unable to support his family would be amazing. Whether it's $5 or $50, I know Josh would be very thankful for anything you could do.
Thank you,
-Troy Buhr
