Help Josh Overcome Medical Debt

I am creating this go fund me with the permission of my the family affected. They experienced something absolutely traumatic while on vacation, but we are so glad they survived. Since this emergency happened outside of the United States their health insurance provides ZERO COVERAGE FOR THEIR MEDICAL EXPENSES.

Please read the words from my dear friend Josh:

Hi, My name is Josh. I was on a family cruise vacation when the unimaginable happened. Everything was going really well for the first few days of the cruise until I came down with what we now know is a really really bad case of pneumonia and had to be taken off the ship on 100% oxygen and transported to a Hospital in the Cayman Islands. I was in ICU for 7 days unaware of what was really going on and fighting for my life. Luckily I made it through without ever having to be put on a ventilator. According to them I’m very lucky to be alive today. Since this was outside of the United States I did not have the health care coverage to cover the medical bills. Any help at all would be very grateful. I’m ultimately just happy to be alive and able to be back with my Wife, little girl and the rest of my family.
