Help Josh with his 2 dogs’ emergency vet bill

My nephew Josh has two sweet dogs Tusoc (age 6-7)and Centurion (age ~8). They were both poisoned with rat poison. Both dogs had to be rushed to the vet hospital this weekend. They had blood work, X-rays, Vitamin K antidote and plasma infusion treatment. The bill for both dogs is currently $4,000. He is hoping to hold the person responsible for this accountable, but proving it is going to be a challenge. Anything you can do to help whether it's a donation or just sharing this post will be greatly appreciated. Tusoc is currently stable and Centurion is still needing to be treated. Josh is trying to figure out money to do it. They need $1900 up front.
