Help Joshua & Sarah Hood Move Back to Kansas City
Donation protected
Joshua and Sarah Hood and their daughter Ella-Joy are making a BIG MOVE for their family from Florida back to Joshua’s hometown of Kansas City this Sunday, January 5!
One of the reasons they are making this move is because Joshua and Sarah have two promising job opportunities in KC. They have been living month-to-month, aggressively budgeting in a way that is not sustainable for a young family, and this move promises a change to all of that.
After committing to their move, wrapping up their jobs in Florida, and beginning to pack their house, they experienced a significant problem — 5k of promised income fell through.
The details are private, but as soon as I heard their story (as Joshua’s brother), I wanted to make things right for them.
For those in a more fortunate economic situation, this might seem less catastrophic. For those like Joshua and Sarah without a hefty emergency fund (and let’s be honest, that is MANY of us these days), 5k of income falling through in the middle of moving across the country is a recipe for an emergency.
So here’s how you can help…if you love Joshua and Sarah and want to see this responsible move to Kansas City better their family, would you please help support and make up this difference?
200 gifts at $25 can enable them to safely make their move across the country.
Thank you SO much for reading this and considering a gift. I know it means the world to them!
Blessings,
