Anyone who has had the pleasure to know Joshua Lukens knows that he is a kind and giving person. Always willing to give, and give of himself, to help other people and organizations.
On January 27th of 2021, after a series of medical tests, our friend Joshua was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. Following that diagnosis, he had surgery in March to remove his appendix, which was the initial source of cancer.
On May 3rd Joshua will begin his journey forward in healing. His Chemotherapy, along with the surgery and hospital stays he has already experienced, will mean lots of medical and travel expenses and other incidentals.
We are raising funds to help with these expenses so that Joshua can spend time healing, and not worry about the cost. The sooner we are able to put money in his reach, the less worry he will experience.
