Help Joshua the Cat Overcome Immense Pain

Joshua was found on Christmas Day in Philadelphia, PA. He was cold and so scared.  We found out that his owner had kicked him out permanently because he was having accidents in the house.

Joshua is a 10 month old boy who only weighs 5 lbs and is in a lot of pain- something is very wrong with his GI tract.  He cries when he tries to use the bathroom and he has a very poor appetite. I've already seen the vet multiple times and we've exhausted all standard options to normalize him.  His bloodwork is not too off, but I paid out of pocket for an xray and Ultrasound and they came back very alarming.  We were immediately referred to a specialist who I met with today and agreed that he urgently needed further diagnostics including a colonoscopy and lymph node aspiration and possible biopsies.

Joshua is in a lot of pain most of the time, but he loves to cuddle on laps or shoulders.  He is the sweetest little guy and I can't believe in his time of illness his "owners" chose to abandon him in the cold to die.

It's equally possible that Joshua has an easily fixable structure related ailment and that he has a terminal illness. But his life matters and he deserves us to help him the best we can.  Joshua desperately needs these procedures if he's going to have any chance at all. 

I always insure my pets but Joshua needed care urgently and was very sick so couldn't be insured.  My family would be so grateful if you could help us with Joshua's care.
