Help Joshua with Early Costs for Vegan Cafe

Hi there!
I've been putting out cookbooks, touring around doing popups, dinner parties and other events with vegan food for the past 20 years.
Time to do a brick and mortar!
I've selected Billings, MT as the location for my vegan cafe, for a number of good reasons and have started the process of finding a physical location and getting established there.
I'm lining up lenders and investors to do some of the heavy lifting once any leasing,  buildout and actual physical startup and hiring begins but the preliminaries are also expensive and I can't do it on my own.
Paperwork filing, licensing, trademarks and lawyers' fees for establishment are what I need help with and it adds up. If I go over, great I'll save it up for costs further down the road. 
Any help is welcome and amazing. January is when a lot of this work will get done, hoping to have the specific space nailed down some time in that month, or February at the latest and then barring any huge buildout I should be rocking sometime in April or May. But that is another tale...
