Help Joyce Family After Tragic House Fire

Hi, I am Joyce McCoy, a mother of seven children and grandmother of eight grandchildren. On Tuesday, August 2,2022 a tragic house fire has caused a financial hardship and living displacement on my life and my family’s lives. At 10:30am, my grandson James(15) hear loud noises from outside of our apartment and decided to go find where the noise was coming from. He had notice that there was a fire that was coming from the apartment right above of us and ran inside to tell everyone. He woke his brother Jordan(14), his mom Jody(31)(disable veteran), his baby sister(2), his uncle OG(65)(disable veteran), his step grandad Calvin(60) and myself Joyce(54). The fire started to trickle down as we began to run out. By the grace of God, we made it out before the fire grew massive and more explosive. The fire’s cause is unknown but, believe to be have started due to electrical issues. However, the fire causes is still being under investigation. My family was able to recover little to nothing due to the fire and water residue from the apartment upstairs. We are currently living various hotels and with other family members. On August 3,2022 school had began but, my grandchildren weren’t able to start due to this unforeseen tragic event.
