Help JT Rebuild After Hurricane Helene

I am setting up this fundraiser for my friend JT (AKA PyrOMG!).

I was introduced to JT over 13 years ago. While we have never met in person, I have come to know him well as a friend - his work ethic, kindness, and ability to bring people together are unparalleled.

A few months ago, JT was forced to relocate to Florida from the Midwest due to complications involving his prior living arrangement. Finding affordable housing and moving costs came with its own set of issues and financial barriers, but he has also been out of work for some time as a result of these changes.

Unfortunately, as soon as JT was able to gain a part-time job, he became one of many who were impacted by Hurricane Helene. Nearly all of his personal possessions were destroyed by the storm.

Being able to afford basic costs of living, let alone replacing his personal effects, is difficult. JT has been seeking meaningful employment for several months, but needs a roof over his head to continue doing so. He is not in a position where he can do this on his own. For lack of a better term, the world has not given him a break.
