Help Juan make a full recovery

This is my fiancé, Juan Zamora. We are set to get married August 19th, 2023. 3 days ago, June 11th 2023, Juan started experiencing sharp stomach pains, he went to bed early and at 11 pm that night woke up in excruciating pain. Screaming at the top of his lungs in pain. After 3.5 hours in the ER, Juan was diagnosed with diverticulitis. Diverticulitis is an infection of a pocket on the colon. We we were given antibiotics & sent home. For the next two days, it was just getting worse. The pain was spreading everywhere & Juan was deathly ill, he could barely walk. On Tuesday, June 13th 2023, Juan went in for an appointment with his primary care doctor, still deathly ill. His doctor took one look at him, heard his story & transferred him to the ER knowing that something more needs to be done. Within 3 hours we learned that his colon had been perforated and there was spilling and infection all in his abdomen, and if he did not go in for emergency surgery he would become septic and die within days. Two hours later he went back for a 5 and a half hour surgery. They removed 12 inches of his colon & every single inch of his stomach was coated in spillage & infection. He was given a colostomy bag, to give his bowels a break for a couple of months. He will be in the hospital for 5 days, and recovering for 3 months. We anticipate many more appointments & therapies he will need in the future. I myself have already missed a lot of work & imagine I will miss some more in the future. We are asking for any help so Juan can take the time off of work he needs to recover and become healthy again.
