Help Juan Pa get an Artist Visa and stay in the US

Hello Friends! In May, my 2-year permit to live in the US will come to an end. In order to stay in New York and continue my career, I need to apply for a costly Artist Visa. Help me raise the funds, please!

I am Juan Pablo, a socially engaged artist from Bogotá, Colombia. I came to New York after being awarded a scholarship to pursue a Master's degree in Arts and Politics. After graduation, my career has kicked off in ways I have only dreamed of: I am coordinating the public programs at MoMA PS1; In 2023, I was an artist in residence at Canal Projects, and this year I am a Create Change Fellow at the Laundromat Project and will curate an exhibition at Taller Boricua in Harlem with Liana Collective. All this while producing new series of collages, photographs, and poems.

The Artist Visa is my only option to stay in this country, and it requires a substantial financial investment. I need your help to raise $8,520, which will be used for the following expenses:

Lawyers fee: $5,000

Visa issuance fee: $205

USCIS Filing Fee: $460

Petitioner fee: $50

USCIS Processing Fee: $2,805
